Last updated June 26, 2026. These terms explain how Heuristictools and Neural Tuner may be used, purchased, supported, and discontinued. By creating an account, downloading software, checking out, or using Neural Tuner, you agree to this notice and to the in-app User Agreement shown during registration.
The software, visual design, optimization rules, scoring methods, data schemas, model prompts, training and evaluation workflows, and non-public operational details are confidential or proprietary where applicable. You may not copy the interface or user flows, extract or train a competing model from the service, scrape community evidence, clone the product, use Heuristictools marks without permission, or circumvent technical controls. Nothing here removes lawful interoperability, accessibility, or other non-waivable rights.
Neural Engine recommendations are decision support, not a promise of a particular result and not professional, medical, security, or financial advice. Models and community evidence can be incomplete, stale, biased, or wrong for a specific device. You remain responsible for reviewing each proposed change and deciding whether to apply, restore, or skip it. We may change or retire models, evidence, and scoring as validation improves.
When a driver or vendor component is suggested, Neural Tuner may identify an official vendor or operating-system source, but it does not guarantee compatibility with every hardware revision, firmware, game, or security policy. Driver installation is optional, may require administrator approval or a restart, and can fail outside our control. Review the vendor package, keep a recovery path, and do not install unofficial or modified drivers through the app.
Restore points and Neural Tuner backups cover only the supported system values and files that the app reports as captured. They are not a complete image of your PC and may not restore personal files, third-party state, firmware, or every Windows component. Maintain independent backups and recovery media before high-impact changes, updates, or driver work.
If you discover a security issue, unsafe change, exposed credential, or licensing flaw, report it privately to support@heuristictools.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not publish exploit code, personal data, credentials, or non-public telemetry while a fix is being assessed. Neural Tuner may include third-party libraries and services governed by their own licenses and terms; applicable notices remain in force.
Heuristictools, Neural Tuner, the website, brand assets, UI, source code, compiled software, copy, logos, documentation, and related materials are protected proprietary works. All rights are reserved by Heuristictools unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You receive a limited license to use the software; you do not receive ownership of the software or brand materials.
A direct account purchase or redeemed license key grants one personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Neural Tuner on devices you control. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share, publish, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, scrape protected endpoints, or remove proprietary notices. One paid license is intended for one end user unless Heuristictools explicitly approves a different commercial arrangement in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to accept these terms. You confirm that you are authorized to use and modify the device where Neural Tuner runs, including work, school, shared, or family machines only when you have permission to do so.
Neural Tuner is a local Windows tuning utility. It may inspect hardware, services, startup items, power plans, network settings, registry values, game configuration files, and other system state, then apply profile-based changes you approve. These actions can affect stability, compatibility, battery life, network behavior, overlays, anti-cheat tools, or game performance. Create restore points or backups before applying changes, review each profile, and stop using the software if you do not understand or accept the proposed changes.
Neural Tuner is not affiliated with Valve, Microsoft, Riot, Epic, Blizzard, or any game publisher unless explicitly stated. Using system or game tuning tools may conflict with third-party terms of service, anti-cheat policies, tournament rules, or platform restrictions. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use complies with the games, platforms, drivers, and services on your machine. Heuristictools does not encourage cheating, tampering with protected processes, or evading security controls.
The software and website are provided as-is and as-available. Heuristictools disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific FPS or latency gains, compatibility with every device or game, error-free operation, or that every system issue can be prevented or repaired.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heuristictools and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, game access, hardware, business, or gameplay opportunities arising from use or inability to use the software or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for any claim relating to Neural Tuner or Heuristictools is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable license in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Buying for your own account activates access on that account after successful checkout and license verification. Buying a key creates a separate redeemable license. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, fraud review, and billing disputes are handled according to the checkout receipt, Lemon Squeezy policy, and applicable law. Affiliate commissions are tracked for valid, non-fraudulent, non-self-referral sales and may be withheld or reversed if abuse is detected.
Google sign-in and Supabase are used for authentication and account records. Neural Tuner may process technical device data described in the in-app User Agreement, including hardware details, OS build information, benchmark results, optimization snapshots, crash or error reports, license status, and aggregate usage signals needed to operate, secure, and improve the product. We do not intend to collect documents, chat content, passwords, browser history, or unrelated private files. Contact Heuristictools to request access, correction, or deletion of account data where applicable law requires it.
Heuristictools may suspend or terminate access for fraud, license abuse, chargebacks, security risk, reverse-engineering attempts, or material breach of these terms. We may update software, pricing, downloads, and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, through a new in-app agreement version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
The website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, language preference, referral attribution, checkout continuity, abuse prevention, and aggregate product analytics. We do not use these tools to read unrelated private files on your device. You can limit cookies through browser settings, but some account, checkout, or download features may stop working correctly if required session cookies are blocked.
Where mandatory consumer law applies, you may have rights to repair, replacement, withdrawal, or refund that cannot be waived by this notice. For digital content or software delivered immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that performance begins at delivery and that statutory withdrawal rights may be lost once download, activation, or access begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. EU consumers may also have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts unless they expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right when digital delivery starts.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Heuristictools as operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised through Heuristictools support with purchase details so we can try to resolve them informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before competent courts or alternative dispute channels required by applicable law.
Heuristictools is a sole-proprietor software project operated by one individual under the Heuristictools name. It operates the Neural Tuner website, downloads, licensing, and support channels. Privacy requests may also be sent to support@heuristictools.com with the account email used at checkout or registration. No formal company registration is claimed on this page.
For payment, key, activation, affiliate attribution, or account access issues, contact Heuristictools at support@heuristictools.com or through Discord (discord.gg/yXrncXW2ts) with your Lemon Squeezy receipt, the Google or account email used at checkout, and the last characters of any license key involved. Billing and refund requests may also be handled through Lemon Squeezy according to the payment receipt and applicable platform policy. Nothing in this notice limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
