Heuristictools terms
Last updated May 13, 2026. These terms are written to make ownership, license use, payments, and software responsibility clear for Heuristictools and Neural Tuner users.
Copyright and ownership
Heuristictools, Neural Tuner, the website, brand assets, UI, source code, compiled software, copy, logos, and related materials are protected proprietary works. All rights are reserved by Heuristictools unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Software license
A purchase or license key grants a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Neural Tuner. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or claim ownership of the software.
Tuning responsibility
Neural Tuner is a utility for local device tuning workflows. Changes to Windows settings, drivers, startup behavior, or system configuration can affect stability or performance. Use it only if you understand the changes, keep backups, and create restore points when appropriate.
No warranty
The software and website are provided as-is and as-available. Heuristictools does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific performance gains, compatibility with every device, or that every system issue can be prevented or repaired.
Payments and license keys
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. License keys are verified server-side and connected to the signed-in account to reduce duplicate or unauthorized activation. Keep your receipt and license email for support.
Account and privacy
Google sign-in and Supabase are used for authentication and account records. Heuristictools stores only practical account data such as email, profile name, license status, hashed license identifiers, order references, affiliate records, and aggregate download statistics.
Support and disputes
If a payment, license activation, or account entitlement does not sync correctly, contact Heuristictools with the Lemon Squeezy receipt, the account email used at checkout, and the last characters of the license key. Refund and billing questions may also be handled through Lemon Squeezy according to the payment receipt and applicable platform policy.
